As your Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) licensed broker, we provide you with the best insurance value that combines coverage, service, and price. We also provide personalized, quality service that includes professional insurance advice, ongoing policy maintenance, and claims support. When any issue arises regarding your insurance coverage we are your advocate, using our professional experience to best represent your individual interest.

Compensation Disclosure

We are committed to disclosing compensation to ensure transparency in our service to you. The brokerage compensation is a percentage of your annual insurance premium that is paid annually for both new business and renewals.

Range of Commission Payable (% of Premium) by Major Insurers

  • Intact : 12.5% to 20%
  • Aviva : 12.5% to 20%
  • Definity/Economical : 12.5% to 20%
  • Gore Mutual : 12.5% to 20%
  • Tokio Marine Nichido : 12.5% to 20%
  • Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance : 10% to 20%
  • Lloyd’s of London : 15% to 20%
  • Managing General Agents : 10% to 17.5%

This is inclusive of both personal(automobile and property) and commercial business placed on your behalf through our office. We do not receive contingent commission or sales incentives. 

In some cases, it may be necessary to charge a fee in lieu of or in addition to the above commission level. All fees are disclosed to each client in advance and at the point of sale.


Should there be an increase in any commission we receive from your insurer, or any other material change that affects compensation arrangements, this disclosure statement will be amended accordingly.

We are an independent insurance broker, there is no direct or indirect ownership interest of any kind in our brokerage by an insurer or by us in an insurer. 

Our disclosure commitments are made in the best interest of consumers. We encourage you to also consult the commitments made by the insurance industry and individual companies by consulting their websites or other available information.
