Main Duties

  • Greeting customers, and direct them to an appropriate insurance advisor.
  • Update the websites for SEOs with current and new information and techniques.
  • Marketing through Social Networking Services.
  • Assist insurance advisors’ paperworks
  • Assist BMS (Broker Management System) data inputs.
  • Other duties include administrative tasks when necessary

Location / Remuneration

Vancouver – Downtown

Duration of Employment: Temporary one year contract(renewable),  full-time position
Starting Time: In due course 
Work Hours: 9:00AM – 5:00PM (lunch break 1.0 h)
Compensation: $17.50/hr. (no experience) or it depends on experience


  • Excellent command of English language.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with some experience in Canada
  • Intellectual curiosity and motivation to learn new things and advanced certifications in the marketing
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Highly organized and attention to detail
  • Proven judgment and decision-making abilities
  • Able to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
  • Strong computer software skills. Knowledge of WordPress is an asset.
  • Completion of post-secondary education in Canada is preferred (Diploma or Degree)
